Terms & Conditions – Non-Refundable Donations

By proceeding with a donation through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Non-Refundable Donations
  All donations made to Sanatanekta are final and non-refundable. Once the payment is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, under any circumstances.

• Voluntary Contribution
  Donations are made voluntarily and with full understanding that they are to support the charitable activities of Sanatanekta, including but not limited to food donation, child welfare, cow seva, and marriage support for underprivileged girls.

• No Goods or Services in Return
  Donors will not receive any goods, services, or favors in return for their contributions, except for a donation receipt for tax purposes (if applicable).

• Accurate Information
  Donors are responsible for providing accurate personal and payment information. Sanatanekta shall not be held responsible for incorrect details entered during the donation process.

• Tax Exemption
  If applicable under Indian tax laws, donors may be eligible for tax benefits under Section 80G. Please retain your receipt and consult with your tax advisor.
• Changes to Terms
  Sanatanekta reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Donors are encouraged to review them periodically.
